MANCHESTER UNITED INTERESTED IN WEST HAM ACE

Manchester United are reportedly interested in West Ham midfielder Felipe Anderson according to reports from England. The Brazilian is regarded as one of the top quality midfielders in the Premier League and can also play as a winger.

It is understood that Manchester United are looking to strengthen their team ahead of the January transfer window. The Red Devils have struggled this season as they failed to adequately replace Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez in the off-season.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to have a list of players that could be on their way to the club in January. The Norwegian tactician is said to have the backing of the board who believe that he can turn things around at Old Trafford.

Anderson is said to be on the list with Solskjaer believing that he can form a good attack alongside Rashford and Martial.

Daniel James has been impressive this season, but United want greater competitions in the attack as they look to reclaim a spot in the top four.

Anderson is pacy with good dribbling skill and an eye for goal and has impressed since arriving from Lazio last season. He also has a good injury record and will add quality to the first 11 at Old Trafford. It is understood that West Ham are likely to demand a transfer fee of £60 million for the midfielder.

Another player that has been linked to Manchester United is Sean Longstaff. The Newcastle midfielder was a target in the summer in the summer bur a move failed to materialize.

Manchester United are said to be weighing a bid of £40 million for the midfielder with Newcastle willing to sell for the right price. However, it is unlikely that he moves in January with the most likely transfer likely to happen in the summer.
